In a suspiciously detailed story in the Daily Mail, a source close to Peaches and Bob Geldof explains how Geldof snr is dealing with his errant daughter, who was filmed buying £190 worth of drugs recently.

“Peaches has never been someone who likes to be controlled. So when Bob laid down the rules she was angry — but she knows that there is nothing she can do. Bob is one of the most trusting parents and Peaches knows that, which is why she feels that she has let him down even more. What’s harder for her to digest is that she will have to cut off all her mates who she has met recently, because Bob sees them as a bad influences.
