New face of the 21st century Agyness Deyn has formed a band, says the NME. They sound brilliant. And when I say brilliant, I mean appalling. “We’ve got three or four songs, we wrote a really cool song at Coachella actually, which was exciting. It’s called Hotel. Well we originally wrote and recorded it in Japan, then added bits at the festival. It sounds like The Vaselines, maybe like Animal Collective. Just sounds, experimenting with stuff.” Deyn - real name Laura Hollins - also appeared completely naked for a trendy photograher Ryan McGinley. The shoot was for Pop magazine. An onlookler told the Sun: “Some of the positions naked Agyness got into left nothing to the imagination. A few people got a real eyeful.” Hollins once worked in a chip shop.
