Surely everyone saw this one coming. When it was announced hopeless drug addict Amy Wihouse was to leave hospital to attend Glastonbury, otherwise nown as Europe’s Number One Festival of Druglar Activity, a three year old could have predicted the results. Sure enough, La Winehouse freaked out at the festival, hit a fan and then, once she returned to London,  quit the hospital  and partied til 4.30am with “friends.” As one UK newspaper commented “‘We feared a taste of the outside would remind her what she’s missing and it would be hard to get her back into life at the clinic. That’s exactly what’s happened.” Dad Mitch, who it seems is a world class enabler, was convinced Glastonbury would be good for her recovery. On Tuesday he helped her quit hospital.In other news, Amy’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been accused of writing a series of explicit love letters to another prison inmate, Melissa Goldstone, who is serving time on drug charges. I may cry.
