Oh dear. He’s done it again. Boy George is seemingly unable to keep out of trouble. The pop singer, who had his heydey in the 1980s, has today been found guilty of falsely imprisoning a male escort at his East London flat. His salubrious company, Audun Carlsen, 29, said the Culture Club frontman attacked him as he tried to escape the Shoreditch flat and then handcuffed him to the bed. That’s the sort of thing that I do every evening. Er….not. Boy George will be sentenced on the 16th January, but it’s likely he will serve a jail term. More after the jump.
The male escort, who met the singer through the social-networking site Gaydar, told the trial: “I think he couldn’t handle the refusal – me not having sex with him.” Apparently, the Norwegian had only agreed to having erotic photos taken of him, not the full loving shebang. Imagine his surprise when Boy George demanded sex for the agreed £400!
