Las Vegas tourists begging for the return of Dion might not get their chance next year after all: Celine Dion is pregnant with a second child.

The 41-year old, it’s said, was receiving fertility treatments in New York. You think?

It’s Dion’s second child by husband René Angélil, who also has three children from previous marriages. For those keeping score, that puts the Dion brood at five — counting a youngest who will celebrate their 21st birthday with a 62-year-old Celine. (Or 63? F*ck math.)
