Do you think music need for trekking?

Do you think that when you go trekking, you need some music to help your trip become more interesting? Yes, but first, let’s find you some tips to have a great trip.

Some tips about the shelter

Do not be afraid to use a simple tent instead of a tent in the warm season and even in the off-season. In this case, you will need to make it or buy a mosquito net. Thus, you can save a few pounds. When buying a tent, be sure that its size fits your task, the size of the group. A surplus tent is unlikely to be useful.

Racks of some tents and awnings can be safely replaced with trekking sticks, sometimes connected together. You can reduce the weight of your tent by buying lighter arcs.

If you have a favorite tent, but you want to lighten it, sew a new tent of silicone-nylon for a pattern of the old one. Make or buy new lighter pegs, for example from an aluminum profile. Instead of a tent cover, use several office elastics; they are much lighter than standard packaging. Pegs and arcs, too, twist the elastic band so that the pegs are in the middle of the arcs, so they do not hole anything. Make sure to have  best Police Flashlight for night moving.

If a small expedition is to be made during the dry season, leave the tent at home, the bivouac
bag or poncho will be a full-fledged shelter. Also in a warm time (very warm – note ed.) You can refuse from a sleeping bag, a bivouac bag or an emergency (silver) blanket will replace it. A simple rectangle from a mosquito net will come off as a good shelter from mosquitoes with minimal weight.

A simple tent has many options for installation and use, the tent is less demanding for a flat surface and space for installation. As a protection against insects under the awning and throughout the day you can use a cheap Chinese hat mosquito net from a fishing store.

Many poncho designs can serve as a tent simultaneously. If you are to trek through forest land, you can save weight on trekking sticks and awning racks.

If you decide to use additional litter under the tent or awning (for example, in stony areas) try to choose a litter with the best weight-strength ratio. In any case, the easiest litter is the one that you left at home, so think again – do you need it. You need to be sure that the litter is smaller than the tent, if not – then waiting for the flood.

You can think of a bivouac in a hammock, hammocks have several advantages, for example indifference to the condition and topography of the ground. In slightly-mosquito areas, there is enough repellent instead of a mosquito net. If the tent of your tent can stand apart from the inside, think about using it separately, especially when the mosquito comes off or has not yet appeared. To remove excess moisture from the tent (in the morning), shake it well before packing

Some tips about clothing

Check weather forecasts for different sources, this will help to make more objective conclusions and abandon unnecessary items of equipment. At the last minute, you can save a few hundred grams, leaving in the car leggings or rain pants (if the sally is short, and the weather allows). If before the weekend trip the weather forecast says that rain is unlikely, and then you can generally give up ponchos and rain pants. In fact, even a light rain will not wet much, and slightly moist clothes will quickly dry out in a warm day. Don’t forget to bring  Best Bipod for AR 15 for your trekking trip, you will need it to hunt some interesting animal.

You can make lightweight rain pants made of silicone, in a pattern reminiscent of cowboy
pants, that is, the legs are separate and fastened to the waist with a rubber band or a lace. I11 these pants is not so stuffy, and perform their function. All rain gear can weigh no more than 300 grams if you pick up the lightest samples. Remember also about the versatility of raincoats and ponchos that can also become a hiding place.

There is an uncompromising combination of equipment. For example, shorts, a pair of pants, and rain pants – this is quite enough. One extra t-shirt and a light thin sweatshirt with sleeves are also enough.

Avoid cotton fabrics whenever possible, as they heavily harden when wet, and dry very long. Lightweight synthetic materials (pertex quantum, primaloft, etc.) and natural silk successfully replace a heavy and poorly packed fleece; two layers of thin silk under rainwear will give enough heat in the summer. And the total weight will be only about I70grams.

Forget about jeans, their weight is about a kilogram and they are difficult to diy. Light synthetic pants weigh about soograms and dry at times faster.  If you need to insulate, try a thin puff or feather vest, their weight is about 250grams. As much as a T-shirt weighs from a cotton fabric!

You can safely use light synthetic shorts, such as shorts for running. Functionally, they are no different from “tourist” but at the same time they weigh less and quickly diy. In cool weather, you can put them on top of the thermal underwear. It does not look very, but with intensive traffic this is a great combination.

If you’re used to walking with a belt, change your leather belt to a homemade belt made of slings and fasts, which is convenient. Using silk underwear can reduce its weight by half. A cap made of a thin single-layer fleece will perfectly warm on a halt and at night.
