Doomed! Amy Winehouse gives up on soon to be ex-hubbie and plans a return to her Caribbean eyrie

12372974342324976392_00d8634963-200x25712 Amy Winehouse has decided to stop pining for her estranged husband and instead is planning a return trip to her island paradise of St Lucia.

Winehouse told friends that she was desperate to be reunited with her estranged hubbie Blake Fielder Civil when she returned to London from her two months sojourn on St Lucia, but they all told her that it was a mistake.

One even wrote on her Facebook account “You’re better off without him”.

Now Winehouse has seen the light and instead plans to return to St Lucia, the Caribbean island where she recuperated for two months over the holidays in order to play a charity event.

Winehouse will perform at the St Lucia Jazz Festival in May alongside Chaka Khan, Patti Labelle, R&B star George Duke and rock’n’roll legends Chicago. winehouse is expected to perform on May 8th with KC and the Sunshine Band.

“It’s a thankyou for al the kindness she received when she was recently on a sabbatical there” said a source close to the star.

Blake Fielder Civil is suing Winhouse for divorce. He hopes to get $6m of her $15m fortune.
