How To ‘Break’ America

Here’s an old bit of Radiohead and here’s an old piece of advice for young bands hoping to break America. After watching countless “hot” UK bands fail in the US, I have concluded that the best way to do it, as Oxford’s finest have shown, is to be a bit like Pink Floyd: white, brainy and a little complex. Think arty, like Franz Ferdinand. That’s how America seems to prefer its English rock. Just a thought!
