Hugh Hefner can’t tell one twin girlfriend from another

Hugh Hefner’s been dating two 19-year-old twins since last year. Just don’t ask him to tell you which one is which.

The twins, Kristina and Karissa Shannon, so far seem OK with competing for the Playboy founder’s affections.

It’s one of the ultimate man fantasies. But calling one by the other’s name might sour it for everybody. What does Hef do?

“I have one little trick — one has a little mark,” he told Fox News, gesturing at his neck.

That’s your plan, Hef? This is doomed to be geriatric FAIL.

“Other than that, I don’t know.”
