Jamie Foxx rips into Miley Cyrus, apologizes

Jamie Foxx had to eat his words on last night’s The Tonight Show and apologize to Miley Cyrus. After ranting about the teen singer on his satellite radio program, and saying she should “make a sex tape and grow up,” Foxx admitted that he’d gone too far. He used his comedian status as an excuse, saying “I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don’t mean any of it. And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far.”

Foxx added, “We’re really the black Howard Stern. We go at everybody. There was a situation with Miley Cyrus and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn’t mean it maliciously.”

Uh oh Jamie, now you’re going to have to apologize to Howard Stern too.
