   As previously reported in various blog posts, Lily Allen is not taking painkillers. She is being given Cortisone! A steroid enhancing medication to relieve pain for days instead of hours. It works with the bodies natural cortisone (from the adrenal gland) and it is not related to any type of painkiller. It’s a non addictive drug used to relieve inflamed tissue in a specific area of the body.
