Lindsay Lohan has bizarre leg bruise/mark/who knows, shows off after birthday date with Sam Ronson

Lindsay Lohan was spotted heading to Cecconi’s restaurant in West Hollywood to celebrate her birthday after a cute little lunch with the ex, Sam Ronson – and flashed a strange blemish on her right leg that leaves this editor scratching his head. Click after the jump to see!

Lindsay and Sam were seen on an “intimate” lunch date at Tra Di Noi in Malibu, the Daily Mail reports.

Lindsay then headed over to Cecconi’s, and just above her right knee there’s a round … splotch? Who knows — you be the judge.
