Madonna Celebrates 51st Birthday in style

Madge, boyfriend Jesus and the three kids (Lourdes, David Banda and Mercy) kicked off the festivities on Sunday night with a dinner party in Portofino, Italy at the Splendido Hotel. Her two dozen guests included Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. The following day, she was seen swimming off a boat with friends.
