Here at Musictoob we reserve the right to completely contradict ourselves, writes LAUREN GITLIN. With that in mind, we’d like to apologize for being a little harsh taking Scarlett Johansson to task for her latest musical tragedy, a cover of Jeff Buckely’s “Last Goodbye.” Perhaps we have it all wrong. Maybe rather than exploiting her acting career to foist bad music on the world, Scarlet Johansson’s goal was to embark on a musical career all along?
