Miley Cyrus: “Twilight is a cult”

Jealous!  Miley Cyrus has slammed the ‘Twilight’ movie series for a second time.

Earlier this month, the ‘Last Song’ actress said she had never seen the first movie and never would – before adding she doesn’t like vampires.

Now Miley has insulted the hit film again, saying: “I think it’s like [a] cult… I think it’s a cult.”

“I think it’s bad. I think it’s like, just people get too into it.” Cyrus added, before suggesting the movie fools girls into falling for the characters.

“For me, I think it’s like when guys look at supermodels and they’re like, ‘That’s the perfect girl’”, she said. “That’s what those kind of movies do to us.

“They’re like thinking that’s what girls should be like and not everyone is going to be Edward, hate to say it.”

In other Miley news, she says she wants to be like Beyonce, and also said Zac Efron is the hottest guy in the world.

   I strongly disagree. I really enjoy the Twilight Saga and have seen both movies. I would have to say it is no different than Star Wars or Star Trek or Sponge Bob for that matter. I would never say Sponge Bob is a cult!! It is a fantasy world about vampires and werewolves and about your first love. It is fun for us to watch and maybe dream a little but we know it isn’t true!! I think Miley needs to grow up and stop hating. She is just jealous because Twilight is getting more attention than her!!

   Isn’t this the young lady who did a pole dance at the Teen Choice Awards? Who cares what she thinks?
