Musictoob recommends: There She Goes, My Beautiful World (live) – Nick Cave

It’s hard to find a – dare we say it – mature artist making music that is vital and relevant and exciting and grown up. A so-called “serious” band such as Radiohead seem permanently trapped in an angst-ridden existential crisis – cut off from anytthing like the reality on the ground. By comparison, Nick Cave’s time seems to be now: his music is red blooded, in touch, connected with the real difficulty of life.  It’s the blues isn’t it? Enjoy the video and go see him live.
