Paris Hilton makes $10million a year

Paris Hilton makes around $10million a year, courts documents have revealed.

It’s emerged that the hotel heiress earned the princessly sum of $20million in 2006 and 2007 just from promotional work.

She also revealed that she doesn’t keep a diary – but instead googles her name to see where she’s been and where she’s supposed to be.

The details came to light as Paris is being sued for $8.3m over claims she failed to promote the DVD release of her dreadful 2006 movie Pledge This!

Miami firm Worldwide Entertainment Group says her inaction directly led to the release being a total turkey and financial flop.

But her lawyers say she is the “busiest person on the planet” – hence the fact emerging about her lack of diary.

The legal papers also reveal that Paris is, surprise surprise, a bit scatterbrained.

When she was asked about her responsibilities as an executive producer of the film, she replied: “I’m not sure what a producer does, but – I don’t know, help get cool people in the cast.”

Then when asked about her mobile phone usage and calls from the producers, she said: “With my phone I never know, because I lose it all the time…I’ve never seen a phone bill of mine in my life.”

However, Paris says she did fulfil her side of the deal to plug the cinema release but did not agree to do as much for the DVD.

The trial is scheduled to begin by 8 June.
