Richie Sambora DUI with his daughter??

Bon Jovi guitarist and ladies man Richie Sambora was busted for driving Under the Influence last night, reports TMZ.com

Sambora, 48, was reported to have been driving his black Hummer erratically in Laguna Beach when cops pulled him over. He was taken down town where he failed a blood test. He was released at 4am.

Sambora, who was divorced by wife Heather Locklear last year after she accused him of cheating, enjoyed two stays in rehab in 2007.

But wait. There’s more.

According to reports, Sambora’s 10 year old daughter Ava may have been with him in the car at the time of his arrest.

Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz told Us Weekly

• “There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles. The officer [that arrested Sambora] formed the opinion that Mr. Sambora had been operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol.”
