Rihanna and Katy Perry partied hard last night at Tillman’s in New York, while mean old Chris Brown blew out the candles with family in Virginia.

It’s official: Rihanna and Katy Perry are BFFs.

The pair, fresh from a vacation to Barbados, have become inseparable; despite Perry’s insistence it’s just because RiRi’s a “cool chick,” it’s clear she’s become a source of support after Chris Brown’s vicious assault.

Lucky for Rihanna, Katy knows how to party — no matter whose girl-beating, R&B crooning birthday it might be.

The pair got drunk, and Rihanna was overheard telling another attendee who shared Chris’ birthday “Happy birthday, b*tch!”
