Pictures of Robyn “Rihanna” Fenty emerged over the weekend that appear to be self-taken shots of the singer sans clothing. Now her label, Island Def Jam, is firing off letters to websites saying that the pictures violate “the Artist’s rights.”
Rihanna won’t confirm or deny that the pictures are indeed her, but the label is convinced enough to threaten legal action, saying that the pictures are “unauthorized photos purported to be Rihanna’s.”
The singer also won’t comment on whether the man in one photo is Chris Brown, apparently pictured with a pair of Rihanna’s unmentionables on his head.
Brown faces two felony charges for Rihanna’s beating in February – but some writing on a mirror in the alleged nude pictures says “I Love You Robyn” and “I Miss You.”
