Rock N’ Roll Wake

Some believe The Rolling Stones were never as good once lead guitarist Mick Taylor left in 1974. And those people are right. This is one of Taylor’s first gigs, when he replaced the dead Brian Jones at this famous, commemorative show for their dead friend in Hyde Park in 1969 in front of 200,000 fans. The Rolling Stones play their new single, Honky Tonk Women.

No matter who’s in the band, The Rolling Stones always sound truly amazing live, but Taylor really was something…Great clip.
