Apologies for my recent silence but I have been unmoved by the latest musical offerrings. This song, however, is a mighty exeption. Ignore the cheesy visuals and concentrate instead on the complex melody, sophisticated lyrics and all round musicial poise. I recently interviewed Mr Wainwright Junior in his bijou Gramercy Park, New York home and was completely won over. The new album, Release The Stars, is a winner, I tells ya.
