Miaow! The top seven rock ‘n’ roll fights of 2008

It’s not always fun being famous, but getting beat up by a famous person is even less fun. Worse luck, it seems to be all the rage in 2008; so here are Musictoob’s top tips on who to avoid running into in a dark alley:

1.) Akon – The hip-hop star pleaded guilty this week to picking up and throwing a 16-year-old fan who heckled him at a concert last year. Ouch.

2.) Sharon Osbourne – As Musictoob reported this week, Ozzy’s better half messed up Megan Hauserman, a contestant from her reality show, yanking the 26 year old’s hair and refusing to let go.

3.) Amy Winehouse – Did she win more Grammys or get in more fights this year? From scuffles with ex-beau Blake Fielder-Civil to attacking paparazzi, Amy is always ready to lash out. More after jump.

4.) The guy who knocked out former Death Row Records CEO, Suge Knight – Seriously. Who would mess with person who laid out Suge? The hip hop entrepreneur was out cold for three minutes and took a trip to the hospital afterwards.

5.) Tim McGraw – After seeing a rowdy fan making trouble in the front row, the country singer yanked the culprit onstage, pushed him and was winding up to sock him when security took over.

6.) Lily Allen – The UK pop star got into a “street fight” in August, reportedly going after a French heckler who hurled some insults her way. “Where is that b****, man? I’ll f****** batter her.”

7.) Kanye West – Though he’s claimed he’ll shape up in 2009, West got rough with the paparazzi more than one time this year, turning the photographers’ cameras against them.
