The explosive epsiode of Rock of Love Charm School was screened in America at the weekend. After bikini-clad model Megan announced that her chihuahua Lily was being ‘fixed’, Sharon said: ‘I think you should join her and have that operation too. I do not think you should be allowed to breed, my dear.
