Is Kate Moss pregnant or – shock horror – fat?

Pictured here on vacation in Thailand with boyfriend Jamie Hince and six year old daughter Lila Grace, smoking Kate Moss, 34, seemed to be nursing a bloated tummy.  Persistent rumours have suggested the ageing Supermodel may be pregnant with Hince’s child.

The supermodel was pictured putting her hand on her stomach and waving a cigarette around in the other, (which to any right-minded hack is clear evidence of an impending celebrity pregnancy) Mary Davidson – who is the mother of Kate’s friend, Sadie Frost – began working for the supermodel two years ago to look after her daughter, Lila Grace. Kate told the nanny “she is the only person in the world she would want to be there if she had a new baby. Mary was so touched by Kate’s words that she burst into tears.” [...]
