"Musictoob serves up juicy tidbits from the music scene" - The Wall Street Journal
T.I.’s on a singular mission to make reality TV real-er: the Atlanta rapper takes on 1,000 hours of on-camera community service for “T.I.’s Road to Redemption,” which debuts February 10th on MTV.
The jail time, hanging an ever-present cloud over everything T.I.’s done in the past two years, stems from an arrest October 13th, 2007 for illegal firearm possession; thankfully, T.I.’s Southern charm won him a sentence commuted to one year plus a hell of a lot of screen time for MTV. Musictoob approves on many levels; we also think other prominent illegal weapons-holders would do well to follow T.I.’s example — we’re looking at you, Plaxico.
